Extended summaries are to be submitted in English. The cover page should include
paper title, list of keywords, author(s) full name(s) and affiliation(s)
and the principal author's name, phone number, fax number, e-mail
address, and postal address
(you
are required to use this cover submission form for coverpage submission).
Electronic submission is required. Authors are requested to submit
papers (extended summary of maximum 6 pages) in PDF/DOC format via E-Mail.
You will be notified shortly after we have received both the cover page information and
your paper.
Electronic Submission
Electronic submission requires two steps in the following order:

Submitting the Cover Page
Form to: 4gsummit<at>gmail.com.

Submitting the Extended Summary (Write "GMC
Paper" in the e-mail "Subject" Field) to:
paper<at>4Gmobile.com
When submitting the extended
summary, your contribution must consist of one single PDF or Word file,
including the figures. The file name must be mentioned in the Cover page.
When preparing your document, please use common fonts and, if possible, US Letter
format to facilitate the printing.
When submitting the Extended Summary, the File Name
MUST be like: gmc11_firstname_lastname_monthdate_country.fileformat.
For example, Tom Steve (from USA) submits an extended summary in PDF on October 15th. The file name
should be:
gmc11_tom_steve_1015_usa.pdf. If you submit more than one paper, you should mention the order in the
file name, e.g. gmc11_tom_steve_1015_usa_a.pdf. Any other file format will not be acceptable.
For
tutorial or workshop
submission, etc, please also use the above address.
For business panels,
please submit this
GMC
Business Speaker Excel file to: speaker<at>4Gmobile.com.
Please write "GMC Speaker
Submission" in the e-mail "Subject" field.

By submitting your paper to GMC conference,
you agree that (a) Your paper is an original submission of
your own research and scientific work; (b) Your paper was
not, is not and will not be submitted or published
elsewhere; (c) You are committed to submit final
camera-ready paper, transfer your copyright to GMC or its
affiliates and pay the required registration fee if your
submission is accepted; (d) Your failure to comply with these rules will result in your
name, your co-author's name and your affiliation's name will
be listed in the blacklists of the publisher, the
administration authority and the related academic authority,
etc.
If you do not agree on these terms, please
do not submit your papers to GMC conference.
